Matthias Zahn, Founder of FAST Multimedia AG, FAST TV Server AG and Betty TV
Mr. Sowa joined FAST TV Server AG as project manager in the beginning of 1999 (within the FAST Multimedia AG). He was fully responsible for the entire sourcing and the productionstart of the cabinet for the TV Server. Due to the high complexity of the construction, a lot of detailed coordination between the designer and the manufacturer in Taiwan was required. Mr. Sowa left the company end of 2000 to pursue other opportunities.

In a second assignment starting in the beginning of 2004, Mr. Sowa was hired as project manager by Betty TV Entwicklungs und Dienstleistungs GmbH, working on a consulting base. His responsibilities included the complete sourcing for the Betty Set in Asia which he managed very successfully and competently . In addition to this project he was responsible for selecting the manufacturing partners (PCB Assembly, Injection Molding, Final Assembly) in Asia. The companies recommended by Mr. Sowa are very reliable and deliver excellent quality.
Mr. Sowa plans his projects very carefully, defines reasonable milestones and ensures ontime execution.
His excellent technical knowledge, together with his long-term experience in the Asian market and his performance in negotiations (German as well as English) are the foundation of his above-average success.

Beginning of 2008 we were searching an EMS partner for a complex PCB Assembly with medium production volumes. Beside technical competence an easy and fast reachability for coordination was required.

Mr. Sowa from JSO-Consult realised a prototype series of a hardware for a web project for us. The project included the procurement of mechanical components as well as the modification and machining of a case for separately purchased modules, including connections to external devices.
